You can reactivate your account by completing the following steps:
- Log into your Jellytelly account on a browser
- Click on Menu
- Click on "My Account"
- Enter your password
- Select your preferred plan & payment method
- Follow the prompts to confirm your membership
If you are a credit card or ACH subscriber and have recently marked your account to cancel and it's still pending cancellation, you can reactivate your account by simply going to "My Account", clicking the Billing tab, and clicking the "Reactivate Subscription" button shown below your plan.
