If you're paying by credit/debit card or ACH banking, complete the following steps:
- Go to www.jellytelly.com/login
- Log into your account by using your Username and Password
- Click on the Menu Icon on the top left-hand side
- Click "My Account"
- Re-type your password to access your profile if prompted
- Click the "Cancel Subscription" button on the bottom right of the plan section, and follow the prompts on the screen. **
** Please note, if you have subscribed using credit/debit card or ACH payments, your cancellation will take place at the end of your paid period.
If you're paying by PayPal, complete the following steps:

If you need to cancel your subscription associated with PayPal, please email us at email@example.com and include your JellyTelly email and PayPal email.
